ABOUT BAKER O'DELL
Founded in 2019, we are a group of world-class operators, managers, and strategists who advise in all aspects of the restaurant and hospitality industry. Led by Founders Mark Baker and Patrick O'Dell, former executives at restaurant chains, we have over 30 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Our team also includes chefs and restaurant general managers to provide hands-on expertise.

CO-FOUNDER & COO
After 12 years at Yum! Brands I took the leap of faith and started my own fast-casual successful restaurant brand. What started as one location grew to three, then ten, then twenty five. I have since founded and sold three unique restaurant groups and am taking the lessons learned from these successes and deploying them in the market for others. I thrive on helping new restaurateurs find their uniqueness and turn their dream into reality.
Mark Baker
CO-FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
My passions are food and smiles. Growing up in the hospitality industry, I took over control of my family's regional hotel group in 1996 and learned a lot. As time went on I found myself spending more time inside the kitchen of our restaurants though than managing occupancy rates and housekeeping staff. When our family sold the hotel groups, and the restaurants along with them, I knew I would find myself in the kitchen again. Today, I bring chefs and investors to the table, and transform ideas into action.
